We are a community of Del Mar women that gives collectively to amplify our impact as donors.
Our vision is to grow as a philanthropic community that has a meaningful financial impact on non-profit organizations meeting the needs of under-served populations in San Diego County.

Community
Membership in DMWGC allows members to meet and interact with other generous, community-minded women in Del Mar. Members participate in an annual grant making process that has a bigger impact collectively than one might accomplish individually.
Generosity
By learning about, engaging with, and staying attuned to the needs around us, we recognize the abundance in which we live and ultimately live lives of deeper gratitude and generosity. The DMWGC attracts women who are generous in spirit and desire to collaborate in community with other women.
Learning
The DMWGC model is designed to help its members educate themselves on the needs within the San Diego community and the organizations meeting those needs. Grantee applications, presentations and site visits serve to educate our members, and witness the impact of our grant dollars at work.
Open-Mindedness
DMWGC provides a member-driven process for nominating, evaluating and vetting non-profits organizations for annual grants. We are open-minded in our approach, and utilize a democratic process in making collective grant decisions.
